I love the way I eat! I'm a meat lover for sure, the family joke is that we are all direct descendants of Tyrannosaurus Rex due to our meat loving ways.
Since starting this WOE, I haven't had to really watch my meat intake, and that has proven to be a benefit for me. Today's lunch was a rotisserie half chicken, and 2 sides of roasted veggies. Got my fats, proteins, and fiber with low carbs, for a grand total of around 600 calories. I'm full, and probably will be until dinner time this evening.
Before starting this journey, a typical Friday lunch would have been closer to 3000 calories and LOADED with carbs and sugars.
