Out in my shop today, I made 2 charcuterie boards for some folks.

Well any good craftsman tests his work, so I made my dinner on one of them!

Home cured sopressatta, and hard salami. I bought the cheeses. The little cups hold stone ground mustard and natural mustard. Great for dipping!
