First day back at work, I hope it's easier than being at home. I know at home I just want to eat eat eat. Hopefully at work I'll be to busy to over eat.

71,7 kg Indtil videre tabt: 0,9 kg. Stadig tilbage: 8,2 kg. Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

When I worked people were constantly bringing in goodies...just tell them to keep the goodies away from your desk & you'll be fine. It looks like you had a big loss this week too-CONGRATS!!!
