Good hike today, Ballantine Trail to Boulder Flats. Think it was 6 1/2 miles. Pretty rough in areas, but wow, so gorgeous. The desert full of green and lots of running water in the creek. Never seen it like that. And tho I'm sore right now, that hike burned 1850 according to the bodybugg, so I'm thrilled. I've eaten a lot today, a little more than the hike burned, but still should have a big deficit. Also taken 23,300 steps today, too.
