I know this is only day three but I have been sooo discouraged today. Ive been eating healthy and working out. But i am SO OUT OF SHAPE. I could only do partial workouts. Pathetic. In order to make up for only partial, I went to the gym twice today and cried the remainder. Lost my temper, threw a sack of potatoes (cause i still had some and i cant eat them now), yelled at hubby and the dog. LOL Laughter threw tears. **Sigh** drink another glass of water and off to bed.
