Sticking to my new years resolution and making the most of seasonal fruits. Given up tea/coffee and switched to rooibos and herbals. Finally stopped bleeding to death yay! 2 months was a little scary when one does not have the iron to spare. Looking forward to resolving that issue then I can try to build up some muscle.
