I had a good day on keeping my calories down. I also had a super workout last night. I really blasted my chest and back. Going to do a little Insanity pure cardio tonight instead of plyometrics so I can burn more calories. I believe I have put on more muscle, so if I can lose 5 lbs., I can get more cut.
