Doing better today and had a fair day yesterday actually. Think I will probably weigh more thsi week due to the rubbish at the start of the week but I am trying to make up for it.
have written my meals for the day already with a hope that if i commit myself to paper then it will be easier to stick to it (thats the theory anyway).
While we are at it I WILL DO MY 20 MINUTES OF ZUMBA!!!
