I was set a ‘lose weight’ allowance of 1800cals,even though I’m not that active,..I’ve set myself 1500cals,..aim for 1400,allowing for inaccuracies 😃 This way is,slowly but surely working for me 👍

Same with me! I’m not sure how much I was set but I aim to get about 1200-1400 a day, allowing that extra 100 for any snacks that are more than expected!

I'm averaging 1400 and losing but I am allowed 1600 but I try to keep under

I’ve been set 1800 by my PT and i feel it’s too much. I feel full after 1600 and don’t think im losing any weight. On the other hand I’m super active so maybe that’s why he gave me so many ?
