BS Morn - 135 BS Noon - BS Even - Took a nice treadmill walk for 1 1/2 miles. Did most of it at an incline of 3 and a speed of 2.7 mph. Got my heart rate up these into the 120's and maintained it for most of the walk. Also did an 1/8 mile walk cool down. Feel really good right now.
