Im thinking I need to add to my routine. So, in addition to my regular daily workout, starting tomorrow, I'm going to throw in some classes. I think this will help in two ways:
1)Meet new people as I am painfully shy
2)Up my workout
Monday: Pump and Sculpt
Tuesday: Stretch and Flex
Wednesday: Pump and Sculpt
Thursday: Strength
Friday: Zumba
Saturday: Zumba
