Just completed Lindora. Lost 17.6#. Today is supposed to be a regular diet day. So far I have had two meals of Lindora products. For lunch I'll have 2 side salads and a Lindora protein. I didn't bring any fruit with me today. I'm planning on working on my mission statement.
97,7 kg Indtil videre tabt: 4,8 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 27,4 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

Happy with weight loss today. Some plans say weigh once a week. Mine says weigh daily. Don't know how to change diet plan on this site.
