Made it through the weekly poker game and my only diet sin was eating too many peanuts. It's gotta be some kind of victory that I didn't have any of the chips/salsa, pretzels, chocolate chip cookies, or beer. :)
Had a good work out today, my body is tired and muscle sore. It's a good kind of sore, but I'm definitely in need of a rest day. No change in my weight. Thanks for all your words of support yesterday, I appreciate it. I find that if I skimp on my meals too much or skip snacks I get horrendous headaches, which make me very, very cranky. That's no fun for anyone involved. So, although I'm still a bit annoyed by the plateau, I am just trying to keep on track with my food and exercise and be patient with myself.
