Well, I said I'd never do it again, but I am. I started take off yesterday, and I'm HUNGRY today. I forgot to bring extra veggies to work to snack on, so I'm limited to my 1/2 bar for my first snack, and then my salad for lunch. I'm having tuna with my salad, and this morning I made some egg beaters. Tonight, chicken, and then I'm done. I can't wait until I can have a PB&J for breakfast Tuesday morning!

I'm just wondering, I'm charting my menstrual cycles, and has take off affected your monthly cycle? Added/subtracted days? I just hope it doesn't really screw me up. I just needed another jump start to my weight loss, but I'd really like to get pregnant too!
