Strengths today:

-NO coffee
-Felt desperate for a snack at work; only had a banana with peanut butter instead of junk
-4 5-htp capsules; 2 in am, 2 before dinner
-Walked the lot while kids were in mathnasium
-Ran 1 mile at full speed outside after dinner
-Met all my Fitbit goals
-Macros close to goal
-Resisted temptation to eat out for breakfast

Weaknesses today:

-No strength exercises
