Is it friday again? Were does the week go?
Yesterday was summer!!! First day of sunshine in a month!!!! So after work, I put shorts & T-shirt on and spent the whole afternoon in the garden, trying to conquer the weeds. I think I managed to make a small dent :) . I only stopped when my stomach was growling. It was nearly 8pm, I was sweaty & dirty and only had a cup of coffee since lunchtime. NOT good. I really had to pace myself when I finally had dinner.
Today we are back to the (not) GREAT BRITISH WEATHER. Its raining & I am back into long trousers and a fleece :(. I did plan to go for a run this afternoon, but I will a lot of persuading to go out in this. I could go on my ecliptic trainer or do a taebo DVD. Or the bodyrock workout that I used to do. Decisions, decisions....LOL
