1 5-HTP capsule (100 mg) before lunch, 1 before work, and 1 before dinner

Strengths today:
-NO unplanned snacking!
-macros are almost perfect
-calories are right on target
-exercised about 30 minutes even though I didn’t feel like it
-weight gain since yesterday didn’t send me into a binge, I just accepted it and tried to do my best today
-only felt normal hunger prior to mealtimes; never “hangry” or crave-y

Weaknesses today:
-no strength exercises again, whoops 😬
