I used to weigh 120kgs, eat everything my tongue pleased me to gobble. I had just turned 20 years old and my pathway to diabetes was being walked straight and true.
After 3 months of conditioning my life I lost 20kgs. Now Aiming for another 20kgs to lose so I can be 80kgs. My end goal is to hit 80kgs and build lean muscle, lower my body fat %, find a new level of confidence in my fitness so I can follow my dreams with a career in the NZ defense force. I have 3 years to get there. Lets do this!
