Hi everyone...I am a 41 year old married mom of four; all under the age of 13. I am working toward my second Master's degree and work three part-time jobs. Whew! So needless to say my lifestyle change (I don't say diet!) has taken a back seat to, well, everything.

Ok, so I joined this in conjunction with what I am calling operation "I' m too sexy for my pants" which includes eating better (and less), exercise (walking, yoga and circuit w/weights) and pain management (meditation, yoga/stretching and mindfulness) to reach my goal weight of 125 lbs by May 2013 which is about 6 lbs per month...totally doable right? I have been at my goal weight and looked and felt wonderful! It is about health and wellness not dieting and deprivation.

I hope others are willing to join operation I'm too sexy for my pants and get healthy and (more) beautiful together!
