Strength training 4-6 times/week, in the form of a push-pull-legs routine mostly based on compound exercices (pull-ups, dips, deadlifts, squats, bench presses, etc.).
I'm currently trying to to lose 4% fat rate to get to a sustainable 14% (hence fatsecret). Weight loss is not my main goal.
