Hello everyone how are you all . I fell off the wagon this past 2 weeks . Not been keeping my diary walking drinking water absolutely rubbish. Eating rubbish and feel rubbish. As if this year hadn’t been bad enough my cousin who is like a sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer . She will have surgery in the next week or so . Will know more then .
On a better note My kitchen is finally in and spent today oiling my oak worktops . Shelving and paneling next. Had an induction hob and electric oven so that will take some getting used to .
Back on track from tomorrow. Need to get back to feeling healthier that I can change sadly the rest I can’t .
Think summer is over the little we had . Feeling quite autumnal here in 🏴. Hope you are all good had a scroll through and can see most are doing great congratulations. Those of us who are not . I hear you we can do this together with the support of each other on this great little community on here . Have a great week everyone. Will weigh in the morning. Wish me luck 🫣🫣🫣🫣

Stayed the same not suprised been snacking and picking weather rubbish so not so much walking . Had a take away tonight was delicious. Never mind it is bank holiday after all . Hope everyone doing ok have a great weekend. X

Not been brilliant the last week at recording my eating. No walks only dog walks not been that good with water either. Back to normal and recording everything from today . Had a lovely day at the wedding. Met lovely people the bride looked beautiful. I didn’t over indulge just wrong foods and a few drinks 4 wine and soda 1 pims & lemonade. Thankfully no gain . Had hospital Thursday need a hip replacement gutted . My sister was also diagnosed with Alzheimer’s so been feeling sad . Hope you all had a good week. And are are enjoying and living life to the full . It is short and full of ups and downs . Remember tho only 1 shot we have so enjoy the ride .

Hi all , no weight record this week as had visitors all week and kitchen fitted all back to normal now visitors gone just the worktops and sink to fit a few finishing jobs the joy of a dishwasher again 😂. Food wise didn’t do too bad . And kept up my walking with it all going on . Blitzed house this morning weather damp so no walk . Wedding Saturday. Still not been dress shopping 🫣. Need to to sort myself out ! Hope everyone is well and dropping the weight hoping I have stayed the same . Did indulge in the wine every evening just to be polite 😂. Nothing to drink now til wedding get through my list this week and will be up to date . Have a great week all xxxx
