This week I am finally over my period. I am going to workout again and get rid of the junk. I have a bike ride that I am going on on Memorial day and I will have to wear shorts and ride for a long time so I am going to get this weight off! Mothers day should have been an amazing day, instead I spent it thinking about how much of a failure I am. How I lost 95lbs in 10 month and then gained 30lbs in another 10 months! I keep thinking how did I let myself get this bad. When I saw 170 or 175 why didnt I get the 5lbs off? No, now I have 30 to lose instead of 5! I hate this! I hate what I have done to my body and I hate that I feel so out of control!

I overate last night. I had a junk food craving so I ate a bunch of candy. Wouldnt have been as bad had i not eaten it at 10pm! ugh!
I did workout hard yesterday and cleaned and painted so maybe it wasnt as bad as im imagining. Today I did my 10m thing when i woke up and i think i am going to do BL at some point today. I had a good bfast and hope to not go near the junk. I want a good number this week but somewhere deep down i think i am sabotaging myself. Hopefully I am not and can get over that fact. I want this weight gone.

Exercised 2-3 times yesterday. This morning I got up and did my 10 min workout by denise austin. It isnt horribly hard, I do sweat thru it though. It is enough right after I wake up and dont feel like doing anything. I will probably do my dwts later today then tonight maybe a 4 mile with leslie sansone.
I really need to clean my house today. I have not been keeping up on it because I have focused all my energy on working out this much. I want this weight gone once and for all. I want to move my working out from 3x a day to maybe once a day 5 days a week. I want to definitely keep up the not eating after 7. It is hard but I know it is worth it.
Well last night I started to paint the nursery. I need to get some more done in there today but broke the roller. we moved the tv out of there and put it in our Alaska room. The kids like that idea. I like that it will keep them from messing up the nursery. Well I need to get my butt in gear.

Took Sunday off on exercising. I mean I did mow the lawn and stood in heels a long time, haha. I also painted a dresser. I overate a little yesterday too. Not horribly although I didnt count, but I think I did. I had some chocolate milk a snickers and ritz chips but it wasnt late at night it was in the day.
Today I didnt do my 10 minute workout yet. I did a warm up and a work out with dwts. I still want to do the walk and jog and maybe will end the day with the 10 min wkout. I seem to be a bit more hungry today. Hopefully I can deal well with that. I am really hoping to be out of the 180's by this weekend.
Nothing much going on with the adoption. They ask us to send a birthparents letter, photos, and old homestudy. Then apparently at some point today the sw called a woman I am in contact with but she couldnt take the call bc she was at the drs. Hopefully if she hears anything she will let us in on it. I really hope that the birth parents choose us and that we can handle what ever need this baby presents. I just want this all to be over. It has been a long time and we have had so much pain and this would just be a welcomed surprise and blessing.

WOW! SIX pound sin 5 days!!! WOW!!!
What a difference. I think I will keep it up. I exercised 3x a day for this week plus ate bfast and didnt eat after 7pm. Whoot Whoot!
