Weight steady and that is better than it increasing. I am hanging in there learning that I don't lose weight easily. Other SBD'ers seem to lose weight so fast and that can get me discouraged but I am learning that my body is different.
Food:
B - Fiberone with light soy milk (130)
S - Spicy V8 (30)
L - leftover salmon with vegetables (550)
D - ?? Not sure...not awake enough to think about it yet
Workout: 30 minutes on the treadmill - walked 1.55 miles

I was scared to weigh myself today since I was down a pound yesterday. I was afraid it was a fluke and I don't wanna know yet. I got up a little late this morning and only had time for a 25 min walk on the treadmill instead on the normal 35-40 mins. Oh well...every little bit helps.
B - Fiberone with LF Silk
L - leftover eggplant pizza (the eggplant being the "dough")
S - Spicy V8
D - ?? Maybe some tilapia.
Haven't grocery shopped lately. The only veg I have in the fridge is broccoli and salad so I will probably eat those today.

Yeah!! One pound down. Hopefully the detox has broken my plateau. We will see.

Ok...I need some help guys. I am not losing any weight or inches despite working out and following South Beach. Does anyone suggest I change diets?? I love south beach and the foods that are allowed. But if I am not losing weight, I can maintain my current weight without all the rules of SBD. I am currently detoxing and I am still not seeing any change.
Any diet sugggestions??

Weight still steady after 8 days...grrrr. I just got a new treadmill and I try to walk 1 1/2 - 2 miles a day. As long as weight is not going up, I am ok. Not happy but ok.

L Parm crusted tilapia w/ salad
D ?? Thinking about spaghetti w/ zucchini noodles.
