today I am not going to work, Maybe tomorrow depending on the weather. I am going to go on Monday and then a second day if there is a rainy or really cold day. today run/hike for 1 hour, water workout for 1 hour, walk 1 hour. afternoon either walk again for rake some more. its going to be a great day.

today's intention: Be kind. be strong. be brave.I plan to bike 30 min as a warmup. trx for an hour, slow and strong. Hopefully walk for an hour later in the morning after my breakfast. Gold's gym or walk again after lunch. Kinda thinking a running streak of 1 mile a day for he whole year.
Today is carb nite!
I knew it was only a matter of time. I got that phone call saying I've been exposed to someone who was exposed to a positive covid case. The person I was exposed to has been tested by unfortunately she didn't get a rapid test done so I won't know until Saturday if she is positive or negative. Ironically, people would most likely assume I was exposed at the gym but it was actually at work. My coworker has no symptoms and I've had no symptoms so hopefully it will be nothing, but time will tell. That is how 2020 ended for me.

intention for the day - work really hard in the gym. heavy weight. earn those sun dried tomatoes which are 42 carbs. no sdt unless a heavy hard weight day.

I survived christmas and it was a great day. I was able to have a great workout in the morning as well as a great walk in the morning and another walk in the afternoon. today it is too cold to go run/hike so my intention is for one hour hiit workout including 30 mintues of warm up on the bike, then 30 minutes of jumprope and hiit exercises. skaters, stair jumps. side shuffles, etc. eggs at 6, and reading until gym time. gym heavy weight, squats and deadlifts on the big bar for 1 hour, more reading.

today I will smile the whole day and laugh. I will stick to my own personal diet and eat eggs for breakfast and brussell sprouts and kielbasa and kombucha for lunch and nothing else. dinner will be normal pizza. Tomorrow will be our carb nite. I will workout this morning one and a half hour of trx and bike and hiit. walk between 8 and 9. then cook lunch and open presents with kids.
