I've been super bad =/ I haven't had much time to fill in all my entries or follow an eating plan. I battle to stay away fromcarbs as there are so many different thing I could always just chow I currently study so I do not walk around a lot either as I am n lectures all day.... anybody have an idea to help me keep kit & eat healthy?

It is my 3rd day using this app & im feeling fantastic, I haven't gone over my allowed calorie intake and im discovering new & interesting things about foods I would usually eat. e.g. I love cheddar cheese but 30g is 74 calories already which might not seem like a lot until your eating it with bread & ham etc. So I try stay away from small things that add up a lot. The only problem is I am a chef so I tend to taste everything I make, Especially deep fried items
