Planks: 30 seconds
Wall sits: 30 seconds
75 Squats (held an 8lb weight while doing 55 of the squats)
Not sure if I am doing the squats correctly. My lower back hurts a little when I finish. Not sure if it's poor form or I'm just plain 'ol out of shape.

Note to self: do planks & squats before eating, not afterwards. That was very uncomfortable. :-(
This evenings challenge:
Planks - 20 seconds
Wall Sits - 20 seconds
50 Squats

today I started my own personal challenge. I am doing the 30 Plank challenge along with the Squats challenge & Wall Sits challenge.
I completed today's exercises, which were:
Plank: 20 sec
Wall Sit: 10 sec
Squats: 30 squats.

I did not do a very good job of clean eating this week. I had white bread, pasta and turkey italian sausage during the course of the week.
But on the up side, I did not have any "obvious" sugar. I know the carbs in the bread will become sugar, but I did not have any candy, cookies or cake which have been my biggest downfalls over the last few weeks.
Tomorrow I will go at it again and make a clean start on my clean eating journey...
