Hello all
I am 22, my weight is in the normal range but i do no exercises and eat a lot of junk foods.
I woke up once and decided to live a better life because if not now then when!
I want to lose around 7 kg not that much, but my main goal is to be healthy and get toned more than just losing weight in the scale.
My program:
- fist i wrote down what could make me motivated along my journey , such my sister graduation party this summer+ being fit like my favorite actress.
- eating less calories, focusing on proteins
- go to gym ( build muscles)
