Breakfast and lunch in one meal: 475 kcal.
Peach and basil smoothie, coffee, a baked sweet potato, lentil dahl and tomatoes.

Dinner for only 200 kcal.
I made lentil dahl and added some frozen spinach. I tried some pakistani sweets before so no rice or naan...still very filling and tasty!

Breakfast for 287 kcals: banana and peanut butter shake and espresso

Dinner for 680 kcals.
Salad made with apple, celery, grapes, broad beans, feta, mint and some lime juice. This would have been a light fresh dinner if it weren't for feta cheese and focaccia! But had to use them before they go off lol

Dinner - 465 kcal
Wasabi peas and lots of baked veggies: sweet potato, crispy broccoli with drizzle of tahini and lemon, cauliflower bbq chicken style. No oil but really tasty!
