Well I lost another 5 lbs, so although it isn't dramatic at least it is a loss and it does make this day great as it is my birthday today. I do wish I had something really cool to talk about but my life is not all that exciting. I miss having Thor to walk or even be able to see him. I miss my new friends as they moved so quickly that it is like misplacing something that you just know is around somewhere but it is eluding me. Summer has finally arrived and today is blue sky no clouds which is nice since the past few days was gray and at times wet. I hope my buddies are having a wonderful day. :)

I had another pretty good day, went for my quarterly eye check up. Gotta love getting up there in age, have glaucoma and cataracts. Kind of goes with my turkey neck...it's a set. I really need to get me some sunglasses though, even with it being an overcast day for much of the day, it was just very bright outside with my eye dilation. Good news is my eye pressure is good and my doctor is very happy that my eye drops are working well. Nothing much more to write so I hope my buddies all had a grand day.

Had a very good day. I did everything I set out to get done today. Tomorrow I have an eye doctor appointment so I'm going to do my best to get my 2 hours of workout done. It does seem to be getting easier for me to do as long as my foot holds out. I am awkwardly looking forward to going to weigh in this month with my additional working out just to see if things are better this month than last. I hope all my buddies had a great day as well.

Not going to work out today as my cuddle bum Sylvester decided to stop short on me when entering the garage, I tripped and re-injured my already not healthy foot almost causing me to have a 911 kind of morning thankfully I am fine with the exception of cold packing my bum foot off and on today. I'll see how it is feeling tomorrow before deciding to put it back to carrying my big butt on the treadmill. Think I will go to the YMCA just maybe to do my swimming. Other than this I am doing fine, I am feeling good and tried on a pair of pants that I've had in my closet for longer than I want to admit to but they are pants that I bought and was never able to fit in, they went on, no room to spare but I got them on and zipped up. I believe it is a non scale victory for me. Hope my buddies are having a super day :)

Today was a lovely day here in Western Washington. I walked on my treadmill for 2 hours and 10 minutes today. I've actually done this now, today makes 3 days of my increased time on the treadmill. I decided I will start recording this as I've decided to make it my usual workout. Last month since I did not lose not one pound I felt like my body is making adjustments and maybe too used to my usual so I'm thinking I need to adjust my workout. I do believe however, this is it as far as time I will be spending each day doing this. So I will have to rethink if this does not show a improvement at the end of this month when I mount the scale. I do hope everyone had a super day :)
