Wednesday has been a good day. good swim, productive morning, focused at work. leaving early, yummy eggs, yummy lunch. now im ready to leave but Im going to stay until 1.tomorrow I will stay home and probably go to clayton gym and maybe indoor bike/hiit or run? not sure at this moment.

Monday its been a great day and I am thankful. I slept well. I had a great swim. work has been productive and nice. food has been good. and im leaving at 1 so I can take a nice walk. oh yeah, dinner is steak and brussell sprouts. movie with Michael. his early day. so pretty awesome day. and tomorrow is wfh so that is great too.
Tuesday - bike 1 hour, weights about 45. however it takes to do squats and deadlifts, lunges. chili for dinner, m heat up leftover pizza
wed swim, flounder and shrimp m ham steak crescents fruit,

As much as I didn't want to come back to work, it has been a really great day. I had a really great swim, and a really good walk at work and have been productive and mostly focused at work. Thursday will be rainy so I'm glad that will be my WFH day.
3 - 4 bike/hiit
5 - 6 rex gym - mostly weight machines
7 eggs and work
9 walk or yoga
lunch salami/cauli
dinner chili M - hotdogs beans fruit

For future reference, I want to document what I did this weekend because it worked well in both keeping me busy but also keeping me from overdoing it.
Friday I did 1 hour of stair climbing/rowing followed by weights on the machines.
Saturday I rode 30 miles but kept it really nice and easy especially on the hills. I felt great and didn't push it at any time. Then I swam an hour and also walked to parents house and back home.
Sunday - RACE DAY - I walked for 1 hour around the neighborhood, ate 3 eggs, then went to race. Felt great. Didn't have any energy problems or heavy legs. Worked great despite it sounding like a lot.
