Well, I wrote a nice journal then got an error. I forgot I have to save my work on my windows notepad before pressing save on fatsecret or it's likely to disappear :(
Anyway, I've moved back home last Saturday. Back to Dayton Washington where I can look after myself. I'm 138 now but I'll be back down again soon. I'm thinking 125lbs is a good number for now.

Hi everyone! A whole has changed in the last week. I've moved back home to Dayton and am busy getting my life back on track. I realized I've done as much as I can for my kids so here I am back to taking care of me. I've got to get my weight and health back to a sane level. I'm looking at 125 for now.
Funny to come back to find that fatsecret has updated their look. I still wish they'd sync to my fitbit though. Sparkpeople does so if you're on spark, let me know. I still love it here best though!

and I'm the only one on the map in my area lol.
We had a downpour of rain the last 2 days but now it's looking pretty nice. I'm SO looking forward to the warm weather.

I want to wish everyone a very happy and safe holiday season!!
I have a lot going on right now but I'm focusing on just today for now.
I've been cooking since yesterday as my daughter, her boyfriend, his son and my grand, Lilly will be here today. Hopefully, my son, L, will be able to enjoy this holiday as he missed the last one. My older son is away, spending the holidays with his daughter.
I've made some high carb food just for today. Some dinner and cinnamon rolls. It's been years since buying white flour, sugar and yeast! I don't feel bad or guilty should I take a bite or two. I'm testing often to make sure my blood sugar is good and with all the stress that's been going on, I'm going to enjoy today! I'm going to smile and joke and do my best to make this a good memory for everyone, including myself.
In the meantime, I really do wish everyone the very best!!
