I've been slacking on keeping up with everything on here and I know I should more so I can keep up with everyone! Fast food is a thing of the past for me. I just started a new job and I'm not making the money I'd like to at the moment so buying fast food isnt even in my budget which I guess can be seen as a good thing! I've also been going to the gym about 3-4 days a week trying to not go more than 2 days without being in the gym. I also have been doing some Jillian Michael's Body Revolution videos. They're only a half hour and by the end you're drenched in sweat! I love em. I'm almost down 15 pounds since the new year and I couldn't be happier. I can't wait for summer to get here!!

I probably weigh myself too much. I just posted yesterday how I'm only going to once a week but I couldn't help it! So glad I'm back down almost all the pounds I gained last week! Hope everyone's doing well!

I had a little set back last week and I'm trying so hard to get that momentum back I had the week before. I gained about 5 pounds which I'm pretty disappointed about but I'm back in the gym, Monday and today so far. I pushed myself a lot harder today at the gym and I really think it helps that I'm going later in the afternoon around 4/5 when everyone is there! At first I hated it but now I kind of like it. I would normally be mortified to see people I know while I'm working out but that was the old me. It makes me push harder to show those people (whether they're even acknowledging me or not) that I'm there to work hard.
Onto other things, I've been forcing myself to not weigh myself everyday as your weight will be up or down depending on the time of day, things you ate that day, etc. So I'm only going to weigh myself on Monday mornings right when I wake up. I'm also starting to drink green tea every night before bed. I used to all the time and it definitely helped me lose weight before so it's just a matter of sticking with it.
