This is tough!!! I've hit a plateau for the past 3 months...I reallly need to incorporate exercise.....the meal change alone is not enough to work anymore. I have 2 1/2 more months....i have to make time for some cardio at least 3 times per week! I've found snacks that seem to work very well....I eat a Fibre 1 Bar every morning coffee break (they help with digestion of food ;) ) I also have 1 cup of low-calorie yogurt (~35 cal) and make sure to have at least a cup of fruit (watermelon is great...because it's low in calories & high in water). Later in the day I make sure to have a 90 cal pudding, or an apple sauce along with my 100 cal Jenny Craig snack. For breakfast when I don't feel like Jenny Craig, i have a bowl of Multi-grain cheerios with skim milk...they are actually pretty good tasting...I'd didn't think I'd like them because they weren't Honey Nut Cheerios....but they are really yummy! Otherwise I try to limit the crap I eat...i rarely have cravings for junk...and when I do.....I try to limit the amount I eat or find something else to replace the craving....like when I crave chocolate....I have 1 Skinny Cow fudgesicle (50 cal). The key is to eat 5 times a day...Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner...and limit the portion sizes....if you crave carbs limit the amount of starches & breads (corn, bread, pasta, crackers etc) and eat fruits which are complex carbs.
OK....well I'll weigh in, in a month and hopefully I have good results.
