Good morning! I've been off for almost a month, but I need to get my butt moving. I was part of this 100 day challenge and I didn't lose a pound. My friend has lost 50 lbs since February and she looks amazing! I'm so motivated by her. November and December are the hardest months for me to lose weight. I'm back at the gym. I go 3 days a week. I walk/jog on the treadmill for 2 miles. I also weight lift. The days I'm not at the gym I go for a walk. The hardest thing for me to give up is soda, but so far I've done well. I'm ready to get back on track.

I was very happy to step on the scale this morning and be down 8 lbs. I started going to the gym regularly last week. I still need to work on eating right, but I am doing much better than I have.

I joined the gym today. I'm really excited. I feel like the last couple weeks I've been in this funk and wasn't trying at all to get healthy. I have to stop that. I need to get healthy. I walked/jogged on the treadmill for 30 mins, and worked out my legs on the weight machines. Tomorrow I plan on going on the elliptical and working out my arms. I have no real plan in mind. I think for now just getting my butt to the gym is what I need to focus on.

I went grocery shopping and bought some salad and fruit. I need to start some kind of exercise routine. I definitely plan on walking (my dogs will love me lol),but I think I'm going to look into joining a gym as well. I have a couple pairs of size 22W jeans to start me once the weather gets cooler, but I really don't want to buy more. I'm hoping once I need to buy some more, I can go down a size (or two!!).

Hello fat secret! I keep hearing, "take care of your body," over and over again. I'm taking that as a sign to get in shape. The last few days I've been watching my food intake and drinking more water. I feel pretty good. I've been trying off and on again for about 7 years to lose weight. I'm not sure exactly why this time is different, but I feel like it's now or never.
I'm excited to lose weight, and hopefully meet some buddies in the process. It's important to find some kind of support.
