after much procrastination I finally tried another 42 hour fast. the toughest times were between 3 & 4 and 5 to 7. After that I seemed ok. I faced the hunger pangs head on and rather than try to distract myself, I accepted them and felt them fully.
I worry about how going on holiday will affect my resolve.
72,9 kg Indtil videre tabt: 11,0 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 14,9 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
