Yesterday I had 2 4-HTPs before breakfast, one before work, and 2 before dinner. That may be the winning combination.

Strengths yesterday:
-almost PERFECT macros
-exercised several times throughout the day
-ate out at Brigs for breakfast but had few carbs and didn’t over-do it on calories
-no craving-induced snacking
-went to the shopping center that has a frozen yogurt shop AND a cupcake shop; didn’t go into either one.

Weaknesses yesterday:
-after making the kids panko-breaded chicken strips, I ate two. I tracked it but it wasn’t in my plan.
59,5 kg Indtil videre tabt: 6,7 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 5,1 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
