Hey! It looks like the scale settled back down for you after your adventures up and down earlier in the week. :) I think that because you are SOOOOO CLOSE to your goal weight that the slight fluctuations are just natural body shifts up and down, maybe you had more sodium than you realized. I can't wait until I'm within a couple pounds of my goal weight!!!! But right now it's about making good choices for TODAY. I'm afraid to even go near the scale because we just got home from vacation yesterday afternoon and I did not make very healthy choices the last few days. I think I'll give myself a couple days to let things work their way through and then I'll assess! ;-)
