TGIF! Back up again--really bloated and uncomfortable the last two days.... there's some sodium hiding in my foods that I need to get rid of. Hopefully better results next week.

Know exactly what you mean. Pretty bloated today myself. Sodium is my downfall... We definitely have a love hate relationship he and I. Wish I could give him up, but I haven't managed to after all these years. :-).
