Melanie.Smitj's Dagbog, 12 maj 18

I don't get it. Up in weight, for 3 days I've only had less than 600 calories a day. Eating salads , drinking water. It gets so frustrating makes me want to just say f**k it. I know I just can't let this get me down. I was hoping that by my birthday weekend I'd be down. It seems like we work so hard to lose and the weight just creeps back in on a few days. Ok I'll quit complaining, and try to continue on this journey. I know it is one day at a time.

Trying increasing calories a bit. I’ve experienced increases eating less than I should. Overall, once your body adjusts, it should start to go back down.
