Day 1
Last month i had been going to the gym 4 to 5 times per week and after i had gone for a 5km walk but i havent been consistent with what i ate one day i would eat healthy and the next i would eat too much junk, in the end i gained almost a kg, now it is time to set more challenging goals for me in order to lose weight for the next month
1 there will be no cheat meals
2 no sugar in my diet
3 no process food
4 3 lt of water
5 going 5 times per week to the gym
125,7 kg Indtil videre tabt: 7,3 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 10,7 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
