Walked 13.1 miles today to the gym. Then I did 30 min of weights for my arms. Now I have 4 miles left to get home. :)

Woah - that's well beyond the half marathon you did! You're just a walking fool! Do you listen to Ipod music or anything to pass the time? I listen to mystery books when walking or biking - it is fun!

I listen to my Ipod which also has Nike Fitness on it, so I strap it to my arm and not only do I get music to listen to, but it keeps track of my walking too. Also stores my personal bests. I am so full of energy that it is awesome!!! I am going to do a little housework now and then go mow the front yard. :)

Ha! I switched from music to books on tape this week. I am listening to Susie Orman. I was surprised at much I liked it.
