Worst day ever...no motivation and sabotaging my thoughts with.."just give up"-I can't do this woe anymore. I am grumpy, emotional, tired and at my lowest point ever! I just have to get through this week and deal with my demons!

Don't be so hard on yourself. Look at what you have accomplished in such a short space of time, and focus on THAT :)

You have pushed yourself hard. I have been.on fats for many years and never seen anybody going quite as well as you have. Most people lose a lottttt slower . Deep breaths and re-group when you are ready. Are you remembering to treat yourself with the occasional cheat meal. Good job with the treadmill!

LCFF thx 4 the support. I suppose the mantra-"it's a journey not a race" should be tattooted on my forehead!🙄I have no idea what would be considered a cheat meal on keto. Everybody seems to have a different idea...to scared to even consider. Those pickles I had felt like cheating big time!🤣 I'm just fed up thinking about food all of the time...suddenly my life revolves around food again..😣
