Ok people! I am totally cheating myself. I expect that when I graze all week and pig out on the weekends that I will see results...and I do..BAD RESULTS. But check this out my fiance went into a weight loss pool at work and even though I am not part of it...it is motivating me. So today is day 1 of the dreaded start excercising movement. I mean for the most part I know how to eat well I but I don't move enough. However I am happy that since FEB 2007 I have kept off 16 pounds. Yahoo! Slow but permanent and ALL NATURAL.
