Got sick over the weekend and went to the gym twice. Wonder if that helped? Still have a dog so not comfortable just heading to the gym and straight to work. (sometimes that means 12 hours out) Going to experiment with walking to work. (2 miles each way). If that works out why not? Then gym and dog park in the eve?? Hmm..
