Got me some digital food scales and I love em. Now I can track exactly how many calories I take in without guessing "was that really 4oz of chicken breast?" Anyway another 0.6 lb loss today. I had some philly cheese steak patties from walmart last night which contained more fat that I would have liked so that is now on my "cannot have" list but it was oh so yummy. Also had a grilled chicken wrap from sonic yesterday which was more carbs than I wanted but I was on the road getting my spoiler placed on my nissan maxima and I ended up having to sit waiting for longer than I anticipated. It was either grilled chicken wrap or 2000 calorie ribs (mmmmm) from outback. Decided on saving the ribs for saturday's free meal like planned.
