Diet is not changing my weight.. Ugh..

Looks like I'm going to have to focus on the exercise.. Going to the Dr today to check on my blood pressure and make sure exercise is OK.
111,1 kg Indtil videre tabt: 11,3 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 43,1 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

All you need is a caloric deficit, you want to learn to eat healthy don’t create any more food issues
