Back to my dr cohen’s plan. Need to lose these 10 again. Very disciplined in the week...weekend’s so much more difficult. If anyone has suggestions, send them my way.
79 kg Indtil videre tabt: 1,5 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 10 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

https://1stpersonaldiet.com It worked for me...I lost 22kg initially. Folllowing it rigidly. Due to not doing the maintenance programme properly...I have gained some of it back on. This is the programme that works for me and I will get back onto it.

Does it involve medication? I'm so nervous of the hcg/slender wonder diets because they all require injections..
