The diet went pretty well yesterday. Still holding onto some extra fluid. I’m going to do some metal detecting today, see how rich I can get, will be using the old detector because the new one has failed to arrive yet, so that should burn some extra calories and help get rid of some of this extra fluid. We shall see what the scale shows tomorrow. I predict 307.4 lbs at least.
