If I lose 5 lb a month I could be 20 pounds lighter by Christmas.

I aim to eat veggies and a protein every supper as this seems to be the hardest meal for me to keep motivated.

I have started taking simply trim at breakfast and supper.

It was raining today. I did not walk.
