Starting training again when I can which will hopefully get this weight off. Super difficult with a toddler under 2 just find there isn’t enough time in the day and he wakes up super early so I can’t see myself doing 3 am runs. So the plan is to eat healthily 80-90% of the time and try fit in workouts wherever I can. Any other mommies of small ones battling to juggle?
